She started last week and is getting into the swing of things with all of our new little ones.

The Week of August 23, 2010 we will begin with the basic Montessori lessons.

We have lots of new friends to help with our special program and there are lots of activities to look forward to this week.

So, have a fun weekend and we will see you on Monday morning between 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. to get started.

School Days – 2010

We are in our 1st week of the new school year!

Lots of learning is happening at Blue Ridge.

We have new students to teach in the Traditional Montessori Methods and get on board with the Daily Schedule, so there are lots of tasks to do.

Our returning students are helping teach the new students what is expected and how we behave in the classroom plus working in our workbooks and learning new skills.

If you are not signed up, then give Ms. Gayle a call. There is always a waiting list and we want to have you on it too.

New Student Orientation

Yesterday’s new student orientation went well and today the last years students are returning for a visit.

Next Monday is the 1st day of School for the 2010-2011 Curriculum.

Ms. Gayle is excited to be having lots of new little ones to teach along with the returning students to be leaders this year.

We are looking forward to lots of learning opportunities and socializing with our new friends.

Splash, splash, splash

This coming week is your last chance to

attend Ms. Gayles Summer Camp. And it

is the most fun of all the weeks, because it

Splash week, where we get to wear out bathing

suits and get all wet all day if we want.

So remember to bring your bathing suit, towel,

and water shoes (crocs, flip-flops, etc.) to

change into after you get to school.

So, we will see you on Monday morning for

lots of safe, water play at Ms. Gayle’s.

Arts and Crafts

Welcome to Week 4 of Blue Ridge Montessori Summer Camp.

Ms. Gayle is planning lots of fun activities with arts and crafts this week so you don’t want to miss the fun.

The weather is beautiful and we are having lots of fun outdoors too with our new friends.

Week 3 of Summer Camp

This is Cooking week at Blue Ridge.

We have lots of healthy goodies planned.

But Ms Gayle wants to get ideas from the students to see what they would like to cook.

So, we hope you can attend.

The weather is beautiful and we will be out in our big back yard playing and enjoying the forest, so see you this week at school.

Second Week of Summer Camp

We are already into our second week of summer camp. Some of our campers just got out of school this past week, so we will be having some alumni with us this week. That will be fun seeing some of our old friends plus meeting new friends at Ms. Gayle’s.

All of our alumni are invited to visit any week this summer. Just show up on Monday morning’s about 9:00 a.m. with your lunch and the $140.oo weekly fee and plan to have lots of fun time.

We have a new guinea to play with and lots of fun activities.

Ms. Gayle is getting out the music box and planning fun stuff for this week for Music Week. So, bring your guitar, drums, and musical instruments to join in the celebration.
